Efawateercom is used by Millions of Jordanians in their day to day lives and a multinational award winner for excellence.
The primary goal of the project was to create a system that connects all the main billers (Companies) witt banks (All Jordanian Banks) to allow users to facilitate payments (such as paying their day to day bills, speed tickets, governmental related payments such as customs, Jordan Mail post office etc) through their “Bank accounts” since the penetration of users who have credit cards in Jordan is very low (Less that 3%). Efawateercom is a property for the Central bank of Jordan so it is considered the main E-payment platform for Jordan. This application is used by millions of people in and outside Jordan. Our mission was to build a secured, usable, easy to use system that is fraud free on international standards.
The process started by conducting full user research. We researched the audiences and segment them. Gathering requirements for a project like Efawateercom is challenging, especially that there were a lot of parties involved and many levels of systems rules. We then started the process of creating the information architecture, user flows, and flow charts for the system and creating all the system rules and behavior for the project. We then started with high-fidelity wireframing. We then created prototypes and updated all the user journeys with the interaction design for the mobile apps. When all ready, we created the brand guidelines and brand personality. Here, we started the process of creating a Ul system (across all platforms) and Ul style sheets.
We then tested the quality of the entire system with another prototype for each app separately with users and quality testing and updated all the design and system documentation.
